Shipping options and return policy

Beeline Electronics offers several different shipping options for domestic and international orders. Ship freight collect using your own shipping account number. When using your account number for shipping, you can choose the service you desire with the freight carrier you prefer. We offer the services of FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT when you provide your own shipping account information. There are no service charges or additional fees when using your own shipping account. Payment for the product(s) ordered is the only requirement.


 RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA)

It is a strict requirement for our Customer to notify Beeline Electronics within 30-days after delivery to commence an RMA request. Customer must complete and return by email the RMA Request Form. Upon receipt of the RMA Request Form, Beeline will review for completeness and correctness. All RMAs must be accompanied with the following:
  1. RMA Request Form duly completed.
  2. Detailed failure analysis report or test report.
  3. Photographs of original packaging and merchandise
